Contains: Astragalus root (Astragalus membranaceus), Codonpsis root (Codonopsis pilosula), Cordyceps: fruiting body & mycelium (Cordyceps militaris), Mullein leaf (Verbascum thapsus) & Burdock root (Arctium lappa) in organic Cane Alcohol.

About: Overall, this tonic blend supports the development and sturdiness of what Chinese herb practitioners call “Wei chi”, the energy which defends the body from outside environmental forces like wind, cold and rain. Especially developed as a support for children who are impacted by these forces. 

Astragalus root has been used for centuries in Traditional Chinese Medicine as a primary tonic to support the respiratory and immune systems, build essential vitality, support and increase resistance, especially when weather is cold, windy and wet.

Codonopsis root is a widely used herb that is used as a general tonic to restore vitality/ chi. It supports the lungs, balancing the moisture of the lung tissues.

Cordyceps militaris has been used to support kidney function, respiratory, gastric and immune systems, and is used as an overall general tonic, supporting vitality and endurance.

Mullein leaf is a common herb found in fields and on roadsides rising tall in its second year with many yellow flowers adorning its spire. The soft, velvety leaves gentle and soothe, supporting the lungs and respiratory system.

Burdock root is considered a nourishing tonic, sometimes eaten as a vegetable. It is a source of inulin and anti-oxidants, including quercetin. The root supports the overall digestive system, skin and immune systems, along with supporting the blood.
